Angela "Angie" Watson, 48 years of age from Minden passed away on January 12, 2017 at Kearney Regional in Kearney. Funeral services will be on Friday, January 20, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at the Zion Chapel at Mosaic in Axtell with Re. John Gosswein officiating. Burial will be in the Minden Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Layton-Craig Funeral Home in Minden on Thursday from 4-6 p.m.

Angie was born on May 17, 1968 to Tomasa Molina. She attended and graduated from Kearney High Scholl in 1986.

She married James Watson and in 2005 they moved to Minden. Angie worked at Mosaic in Axtell. Memorials are suggested to the Angie Watson Memorial account at the Minden Exchange Bank in Minden.

Survivors include her husband, James of Minden; two sons, Anthony Van Pool of Minden and R.J. Watson of Minden; two daughters, Sierra Van Pool of Minden and Brandi Watson of Kearney; grandsons, Jace and Isaak Van Pool; her parents, Tommy and Keith Johnson of Minden; three sisters, Janet King of Columbus, Tammy Cervantes of Minden and Tara Johnson of Minden; two brothers, Danny Cervantes of Minden and Shaun Johnson of Minden; mother-in-law, Mary Van Pool of Santa Maria and mother, in-law, Masel Anderson of Grand Island. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Samantha Van Pool who died in 2008, grandmother, Bessie Fuentes and grandfather, Manuel Molina.
