Timothy Leon Jay, 53, passed away on January 28th at Axtell, Nebraska. Tim was born
in Scottsbluff, Nebraska on August 13, 1963, to William and Sharon Jay, and for the past
43 years has been a resident of Mosaic at Bethphage Village, in Axtell, Nebraska.

He is survived by his parents, of Jacksonville, Florida, two brothers, Walter (Kay) of
Hooper, Nebraska, and David (Lisa) of Edwardsville, Illinois, one sister, Lisa (John)
Armour of Jacksonville, four nephews, and three nieces, his grandmother, Eunice Burry
of Scottsbluff, Nebraska, aunts and uncles, and other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lewis and Hazel Jay, two uncles,
Robert and Norman Jay, and his grandfather, Walter Burry.

Funeral Services will be held at ________________________________
with the Rev. John Gosswein and his father, Rev. William Jay, officiating. Interment will
be at the Mosaic Cemetery, Axtell, Nebraska.
