Jeffrey Dale Rupprecht, 55, of Minden passed away on Friday July 13, 2018 at Bethany Home in Minden. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday July 18, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Campbell, Nebraska with the Reverend Loren Cooper officiating. Interment will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 in Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in Campbell. There will be no visitation as the family is honoring his wish to be cremated. Memorials are suggested to the Muscular Dystrophy Association, Bethany Home in Minden or Trinity Lutheran Church in Campbell. Jeff was born on July 28, 1962 in Minden to Robert and Jeannette (Rasmussen) Rupprecht. He grew up on a farm near Campbell and received his education at Campbell Public Schools, graduating in 1980. He was married in 1982, and that marriage ended in divorce. He owned and operated Jeff's Service Station in Hildreth and later was employed by Marshall Engines in Kearney until health issues forced him to retire. Jeff was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Campbell and later joined St. Paul Lutheran Church in Minden. He graduated from SECC in Milford where he played basketball. He was an EMT for the Campbell Fire Department. He loved watching anything Nebraska Cornhuskers, and enjoyed going to see his daughters play sports, and watching WWE wrestling with his son. Survivors include his son Seth Rupprecht, daughters Jewell Samuelson and husband Eric, and Shelby Rupprech; mother, Jeannette Rupprecht; brother, Mike Rupprecht and wife Lila; sisters, Kathy Campbell and husband Tom, Lori Sirek and husband Roger and Jeanne Jons and husband Jerry; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
