Bonnie Lee (Granstrom) Lutkemeier, 86 years of age from Minden. The Lord called her home on May 8 2016 at the age of 86. Funeral services will be on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Westminster United Presbyterian Church in Minden. Burial will be in the Minden Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Craig Funeral Home in Minden on Thursday and Friday from 4-6 p.m.

Daughter of Gus and Edith (Kimle) Granstrom she was born July 17, 1929. She was baptized and confirmed in the United Brethen Evangelical church in Holstein. She transferred her membership to Campbell Presbyterian Church in 1949.

She taught school two years and worked in CD Hoff cleaners until she married Calvin Lowell Lutkemeier on May 3rd, 1949 at the Presbyterian church in Minden. To this union were born 5 children. Donna, Marilyn, Joan, Larry, and Jerry.

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, one brother Bernard, and one infant sister Rachael Mae.

ThSurvivors include daughters Donna (Roger) Shaw, Marilyn (Bill) Nemecek, Joan (Donald) Pittz and sons Larry (Janet) Lutkemeier, Jerry (Janet) Lutkemeier. Ten grandchildren, Nate (Deb) Shaw, Matt Shaw (Brandi), Kimberly (Brian) Young, Alicia (Jeremiah) Guild, Jeffrey (Becca) Nemecek, Ryan (Mary) Lutkemeier, Lacy (Brian) Griffith, Joseph Pittz, Shanda (Jordan) Lukow, Chantel (Greg) Winz, and three step grandchildren, Matt Schoel, Andy Schoel (Staci), and Heather (Otto) Lafrenz. Seventeen great grandchildren. Lexi and Bryer Shaw, Landon and Connor Shaw, Jared, Madisyn, Lexi Nemecek, Zachary Young, Ashley and Grace Guild, Madeline and Carter Griffith, Austin, Evan, Bo Lutkemeier, Eliana and Brinley Lukow. She is also survived by her sister in law Thelma Armitage, several nephews and nieces.

After the death of her husband she moved to Minden. She was a member of Westminster United Presbyterian church at Minden, where she was involved in the women's ministries, Sunday school, and Bible studies. She enjoyed going to the Minden senior center and playing cards with friends.
