Danielle L. Schmidt-Pracht, 47, of Norman, passed away on Friday, May 16, 2025. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at Craig Funeral Home in Minden with PMA Julie Schmidt officiating. Inurnment will be held following the service at the Minden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Danielle's honor are kindly suggested to the family for future designation. Arrangements are under the care of Craig Funeral Home in Minden.

Danielle Lee Schmidt-Pracht was born on April 15, 1978 in San Clemente, California to Stanley "Steve" and Cynthia "Diane" (Divel) Schmidt. She graduated from Kearney High School and furthered her education earning a bachelor's degree in nursing.

She was united in marriage to Randy L. Pracht on February 14, 1997 in Kearney. The couple were blessed with six children: Zachary, Rhiannon, Rylee, Tristan, Preston, and Ava. The family made their home in Kearney, Minden and later moved to Norman. Danielle was most recently employed by Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings.

She enjoyed anything related to Star Wars, and her hobbies included cross stitch, camping, online gaming, spending time with her dogs, and helping foster animals with The Good Life Rescue. Danielle loved being a wife and grandma. She also loved to follow Husker Football.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Randy Pracht; children, Rhiannon Pracht (Matthew Kelsey), Rylee Lester (Robert J. Lester, III), Tristan Pracht (Daniel Head), Preston Pracht, and Ava Pracht; grandchildren, Sterling James Wilson, Marley Maerene Kelsey, and Robert J. Lester, IV; brother, William "Bill" (Laurie) Schmidt; brothers-in-law, Kip Ramos, Jeremy (Holly) Pracht, Dustin (Shelby) Pracht, Chase Grams, and Troy Pracht; as well as a host of nieces, nephews, extended relatives and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Zachary Pracht; and sister, Shannon Schmidt Ramos.
