Obituary for Kristi Thomas
Kristi L. Thomas, 51 of Axtell, NE died April 18, 2017 at her home in Axtell, NE. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, April 24th, 2017 at Hope Evangelical Free Church, 907 C Ave in Kearney with the Reverend David Dickinson officiating. Memorials are suggested to the church.
Kristi was born on July 25th, 1965 in Kearney, NE to John and Marge (Allen) Kauffelt. She grew up in Holdrege and attended high school in Holdrege, later receiving her GED and LPN education in Kearney.
She was united in marriage to George Thomas on September 18th, 2007 in Kearney, after which the couple lived in Kearney and Axtell. Kristi was a member of the Hope Evangelical Free Church and was Baptized on July 25th, 2012.
She is survived by her husband George Thomas of Axtell, her parents John and Marge Kauffelt, her sisters, Kim Comfort of Kansas City, Missouri, Deb Tracy of Ravenna, NE and Katie Boston of Kearney.
