Troy N. Braddy, 35 years of age from Upland, NE died on Monday, August 1, 2016 at UNMC in Omaha. Celebration of Life Services will be on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at the Upland City Auditorium with Ivan Schoone officiating. Layton-Craig Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. There is no visitation.

Troy was born in Holdrege, NE to Marvin Dean and Marlene (Foster) Braddy on December 17, 1980. He graduated from Elm Creek High School in 1999 and then went to North Platte Community College.

On May 21, 2010 he married Tyra Stonerook. They lived in Upland and Troy worked for Aurora Co-op in Upland since 2004. He loved being around his family, enjoyed racing and would help anyone and everyone with anything. Memorials are suggested to the family.

Troy is survived by wife Tyra Braddy and their three sons Aaron, Nathan and Landin of Upland, mother Marlene Tylor and companion Jerry Hansen of St. Paul, NE, sisters, Kaylene Braddy and Tina Parks of Lincoln, NE, Collene and Tim Swartwood of Overton, NE, Valerie and Kent Rush of St. Paul, NE, Teri and Eric Thompson of Wood River, NE, sister in law Misty Cole and Mike Regan of Ravenna, NE and brother in law Justin and Jessica Rogers of Garden City, KS and 23 nieces and nephews and 12 great nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by father Marvin Dean Braddy, step father Norman Tylor and a great niece Scarlett Braddy.
